Apparently Flickr isn't even responding to me any more. I sent an email Friday afternoon, and again this morning. And I am getting nothing in return. Not even a response telling me they are or aren't working on it. I love being ignored. Especially when I am a paying customer.

Heather,

I understand that it was possible you were not working over the weekend, so I have waited to post a followup to this query.

I am still wondering when my account will be set back to safe?

Thanks for keeping us posted on this... I had been thinking of getting a pro account if I started adding more to my accounts, but their capriciousness and lack of customer service is disturbing.

I will be the first to admit, I am a huge fan of Flickr. It is one of a handful of site that I have ever actually thought worth paying for in my entire history of being a netizen. I have gone out of my way to tell people about it. And I have referred many people to them for photo sharing. It is a great concept. And a great site. Plus, with the use of firefox, greasemonkey, and hundreds of people writing custom scripts to work in conjunction with various functions and APIs built into the site, it becomes even better......

A year or so ago, when I first set up my account, I did have a bit of an issue. Apparently, even though I had originally set a few photos, that were supposed to me marked as moderate, as safe, I was contacted by Flickr HQ, they mentioned the error, I corrected it, we all went on our way, happily. The entire process took a day or so.

But this is going on still. Or from Flickr's perspective, it isn't. They aren't responding to me at all. That is what is pissing me off now. I know when I ignore my customers, it tends to ruin my business.
